What steps does Carlyle take in creating an inventory management solution?
Our inventory management solution starts with a consultation meeting with one of our solutions experts. During this meeting, we will discuss your current inventory management flow, ERP system, and company inventory goals. After the consultation, we will assign a dedicated technician to provide consulting and support services to assist with the implementation and discovery of the inventory management solution.
